What types of property do you manage?
We consider apartments and villas across the north, based on location, condition, facilities and their suitability for short-term rental.
Do I keep access to my Airbnb account?
Yes. A co-host arrangement can allow you to keep ownership of the listing and direct visibility of the calendar, reservations and payouts.
Can I reserve dates for my own use?
Yes. Owner stays can be blocked in the calendar, subject to reservations that have already been confirmed.
What does Orisun management cover?
Listing strategy, pricing, guest communication, arrival and departure coordination, operational follow-up, incident management and owner reporting. Direct property costs such as cleaning and specific repairs are shown separately.
